Success! Did a Tight Edit. . Next Step?

This weekend Hubby read through my short story The Winter Mom Sold Don Quixote and really liked my latest revisions. I think it is much improved. There are a few nit picky things to revise again, and then, the next big step (besides sending it to my Dad who read an earlier draft at X-mas) is to look for places to submit it for publication. Big step. . .

  2. How awesome to be so close to the end of a piece, isn't it? I wish you all the best getting it published. Are you open to submitting it to various writing contests? I know Writer's Digest has one every year, and there are lots of other reputable ones out there, too. Can't wait to hear how it goes! Good luck!
